The 3.5-liter V6 engine will equipp both B1 and B2 model and manages to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds. The Russian manufacturer managed to achieve this performance thanks to the low total mass of the models, around 1.100 kilograms at the officials claimed.

Unveiling their first showroom of Marussia was the main reason for the Russians to reveal this photo and video gallery for the Russian B1 and B2 supercars. Marussia dropped the idea of developing a hybrid supercar based on the B1 model as some rumors announced a hybrid model two years ago when the Russian supercar was introduced for the first time.

The Marussia was presented a few days ago in Russia, being the first supercar ever produced in this location.

Critics are skeptic and most people don’t know what to make of this new vehicle. The car runs on a V6 3.5 liter engine and it comes in two versions. One car develop 240 hp and the other 298 hp. The car has also received a healthy amount of tuning material: three LCDs, internet access, three video cameras and an impressive audio system. The Marussia will be sold in Russia starting 2009 and no one knows if it will be available in other countries.

The company which produces the Marussia is planing on building another version, which will run on a hybrid engine.
